About Me
Elena Buzan
I am a molecular ecologist and my work involves the application of molecular genetic techniques to a variety of conservation and evolutionary problems, both basic and applied. I apply evolutionary genetics to biogeography and conservation biology, with main focus on the impact of habitat fragmentation and degradation on genetic population structure of small mammals, ungulates and some model invertebrate species.
