Dear all,
Per COST rules: “Proposals shall be submitted by a network of proposers, represented by a Main Proposer. The network shall be composed of proposers from at least seven (7) COST Full or Cooperating Members amongst
which a minimum number (≥50%) shall be from COST Inclusiveness Target Countries” (see below for the list of countries). To be part of the network of proposers, the main proposer (LifeWatch ERIC) shall individually invite people from different countries in order to complete the network of proposers.
If you do not have already an account on the eCOST platform, you shall create it in order to proceed.
We strongly suggest you create an account at your earliest convenience in order to not incur into technical problems when we will be close to the deadline.
The link to eCOST is here https://e-services.cost.eu/ Follow the guided procedure to create a new account. Please NOTE that the proposal will be completely anonymized by the system prior to the evaluation. The network of proposers has the only purpose of showing the COST Association that a network of countries is already willing to participate. To this end, only one person per country can endorse the proposal. This does not prevent the possibility of taking part in the project once it will be accepted.
Why you should create an eCOST account anyway? Because you will need it anyway once the proposal will be accepted.
We can use this topic to collect the names and countries of the people that will have to endorse the proposal.
Cheers

I Invited you from the eCOST platform. We are starting the process to invite the members for the endorsement of the proposal.
Again, please NOTE that the proposal will be completely anonymized by the system prior to the evaluation. The network of proposers has the only purpose of showing the COST Association that a network of countries is already willing to participate. To this end, only one person per country can endorse the proposal. This does not prevent the possibility of taking part in the project once it will be accepted.
To make the proposal eligible, we have to assure that we are at least 7 countries (currently we have 8 participants country) of which 50% Inclusiveness Target Country (as stated by the COST rules).
